Devils Lake 1973 Landsat Image

Standard false-color composite image of Devils Lake, North Dakota, 14 May, 1973. Landsat MSS bands 1, 2 and 4 color coded as blue, green, and red. This spring scene shows Devils Lake at a low-water stage that existed during the early 1970s. West Bay is a marshy wetland, and East Bay is much reduced in area and depth. Compare with the 1988 image.
